In-house engineering upgrades, refurbishing, and refits
Upgrades, refits, repairs and refurbishing
Whether a client orders a printing press or component (or any web handling or processing component), or transports a press (or any web handling or processing component) to a new location, or decides to have remote work done on any part of his equipment, Litho Service can upgrade, refurbish, refit, and/or repair, any part or functionality that the client desires in-house at our state-of-the art facility.
A client may also request an analysis of the condition of their equipment in order for Litho Service to optimize all parts and functionalities of that press or component(s) before installation.
Selective refurbishing, upgrades, refits, and repairs
On certain occasions, a client might not need to replace every component, might not need to invest in brand new parts. On certain occasions, a client simply needs to get the equipment operational for a fixed amount of time or for a select purpose.
In these cases, our experts will analyze the client’s performance needs and provide the most efficient solution with the highest ROI to meet those needs.

Reverse engineering
During a refurbishing or upgrade process, a distinguishing mark of our expertise lies in the ability to reverse engineer printing press parts and components.
Some after-market parts on some presses cost a considerable amount of money to order new and the delivery delays for some of those after-market parts could be very long.
In order to save our clients money, and to keep delays to a strict minimum, Litho Service has the skill and ability to reverse engineer the parts in question!
For example, if a client owns a printing press, and a component needs to be replaced, we will first investigate delivery costs and delays. If those do not meet our client’s deadlines we will opt to reverse engineer the part or component ourselves, in-house.
The quality of our reverse engineering components is unsurpassed. All our reverse engineered parts or components come with an iron clad guarantee, often exactly the same as offered by the original equipment manufacturer.
Reverse engineering is just another example of the versatility and engineering skill at Litho Service. All our efforts are client centric, and we deliver on time and on budget.
