On projects on which we work, and if the client so desire, we install monitoring hardware and software that allow us to access and diagnose their equipment remotely.
Considering the quantity of components in a printing press or converting line, the possibility of a remote service call is a wise investment as it allows us to log into our client’s equipment remotely without the client having to incur the costs of having a technician physically travel to their location.
The instant a call is made; we get in touch with our client contact, and provide support and service over the phone or via the internet if need be. Most of the time, the adjustments can be done by our client’s internal team, with or without our guidance.
