In order to deliver the results that you expect, results that you can count on, and results that generate the best return on investment, Litho Service has developed a detailed project planning methodology that tracks, documents, and analyses every step of the process to assure optimal results. Of course, each project is unique, and only the necessary steps will be taken to complete that project.
The first step involves a detailed equipment assessment. We analyze your press or production line’s mechanical and electrical architectures, everything from PLCs to plumbing.
Our team of experts pours over the equipment data and site assessment data to devise the most efficient way to take the equipment apart for transfer and installation.
Our analysis phase allows us to devise the most cost efficient transportation and action plan. If necessary, the scenarios are even ran through computer simulations. These simulations provide us with the most efficient way to transport and then install the equipment at the new location.
Additionally, during phase 2 and 3, we devise the build plans to any custom transportation equipment we might need to create in order to transport the equipment in the most efficient manner possible.
The next step is to figure out the transportation logistics themselves, such as quantity and availability of trucks, types of cranes and lifts, as well as other equipment and personnel. Everything is analyzed; nothing is left up to chance.
For some projects, we model the installation location in 3D before devising a step-by-step plan that is ran through numerous computer simulations. For all projects, we take everything into account so that no stone is left unturned, and no delays occur, from plumbing to the physical architecture of the new location, every step of the way is planned and optimized for performance and results.
The execution plan is then completed, and we present our client with a comprehensive proposal. Every step of the plan is detailed, every action is documented, every logistic aspect is considered, and every contingency is taken into account.
